Before starting any task, there is a need to collect the tools to do the job right. Applying to college requires information tools. As the student gathers up the information listed below and she’ll find it much easier to do the sometimes-tedious job of applying to college.

In order to determine if a college is a good fit for you, you have to know yourself. The following self assessment will help you identify the competencies you have and those you still need to develop. It is a good idea to answer the sections yourself, but also ask your parents and/or a friend or teacher to also answer them and then compare your responses. Being honest will help you better prepare for a successful transition to college.
